DENVER – The complete list of 669 Colorado Nightingale honorees are displayed on a single web page for the first time as the Colorado Nurses Foundation prepared to hold the 32nd annual installment of the gala honoring nurses statewide.

The new Nightingale “Honor Roll” is a separate tab here on the Colorado Nurses Foundation website.

The honor roll lists the honorees year by year with the dates and places of that year’s gala. Recipients are designated in bold face type. From 1986 through 2010, Nightingale honorees were presented as “finalists.” That gave way to the current Luminary designation beginning in 2011.

Fifty-seven Colorado nurses are to be honored the evening of Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Grand Hyatt Denver as Colorado Nightingale Luminaries. Committees covering 10 regions across the state selected the Luminary honorees from among 266 nominations received. At the gala, 12 of this year's luminaries are to be announced as recipients of the Colorado Nightingale Award, Colorado nursing's highest honor.
